This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. Service is always nice and wants to be helpful. My last car was a ‘22 Taos brand new that had many issue and it took a couple trips to th dealership. Service is always nice and wants to be helpful. Now I have a ‘24 Tiguan that I bought in Feb. not even five days after my first payment, I had to bring it into the shop because there was an issue with carnet. The issue was there when I bought the car but they pushed it off to be a problem with the app. Now it sat in the shop for a week, wasn’t fixed, and almost another week is going by with no answers because VW Techline won’t give them an answer. I am tired of buying new cars with problems. I don’t think I’d buy another VW after this one. More

I take responsibility for signing, but fortunately I was able to immediately refinance with the pre-approval lender and got an excellent interest rate and lower payment on a shorter term loan.
