If I could give this dealership ZERO stars, I absolutely would — they’ve earned every bit of this terrible review. I purchased a Santa Fe about 3-4 weeks ago. Prior to arriving, I called ahead, gave the would — they’ve earned every bit of this terrible review. I purchased a Santa Fe about 3-4 weeks ago. Prior to arriving, I called ahead, gave the exact make, model, and color I wanted, and was told everything would be ready. All the sales rep — [Insert Name] — had to do was have the paperwork waiting. Instead, I sat there for three hours. Strike one. I put down $10,000, traded in my vehicle valued at $14,500, and was quoted $39,500 — which basic math says should leave me financing around $15,000. Two days later, I received my Hyundai Finance paperwork and discovered that [Insert Name] had sneakily added nearly $5,000 in extras without telling me. No mention. No explanation. Just buried in the contract. Trip 1 – (Keep in mind, this dealership is a 25-minute drive one way) I drove back to confront them and agreed — against my better judgment — to split the difference and keep the warranties, just to move on. I tried to be reasonable. Not long after, I noticed the right-side door was making an abnormal sound — something was clearly broken. This is a brand new car. Trip 2 – I brought the car back and dealt with Devan in service. He told me they didn’t have the part, but they would next-day ship it. I had to call them the following day (because no one ever bothers to update you), and Devan told me it hadn’t arrived — but maybe tomorrow. Trip 3 – I called again (of course) and was told it was ready. I drove back, picked up the car… and the issue still wasn’t fixed. Trip 4 – I called to inform them the door still wasn’t repaired. They told me to bring it in again. I did — on Tuesday, July 8th. I was told (once again) the part would be overnighted. I called July 9. No part. I called July 10. No part. I called July 11. Still no part. It is now Monday, July 14, and surprise — they still don’t have the part. At this point, they've had my car almost as long as I have. From sales to service, this place is an absolute disaster. Zero transparency. Zero urgency. Zero care for the customer. They will lie to your face, take your money, dodge your calls, and waste your time — over and over again. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE. If you value your time, money, and sanity — stay far away from this dealership. As of July 14, I still don’t have my car. And no — I don’t trust them. Had the wrong car ready for me at pick up, then made me sit two hours with my wife and new born twins with zero urgency then after I went to ask what is going on finally someone who was “working on it” for sit two hours with my wife and new born twins with zero urgency then after I went to ask what is going on finally someone who was “working on it” for the last two hours came out and had nothing completed and it took another hour to get the paperwork filled out. Will never buy any car from them again. My first salesperson was incredible and has everything ready but wasn’t there the day I came to pick up and his team mates let him down completely More

Finance bad (didn’t have everything together), waited two hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to com hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to come back two days later due to finance issues and they were apologetic but is still an inconvenience. People were nice when we first went in and got everything together just were slow about it even though we made intentions clear. More

Our salesman Himmy has been outstanding with follow up and service since the purchase of our used certified Palisade. There were a few issues including minor damage to the front and back end that we didn and service since the purchase of our used certified Palisade. There were a few issues including minor damage to the front and back end that we didnt see at time of sales due to it being dark out. I notified him with pics the next day and they were rectified. Also some of the features such as maps, navigation, front end collision weren't working and he made sure they were updated and taken care of at they're expensive. Even thou this was an inconvenience for us to bring the vehicle in a few times, he always made sure we had a loaner vehicle and we're well taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership and Himmy. More

My previous experience with Boucher Hyundai was with the service department (over about 6 years). I was always satisfied with the services performed, so I thought I would purchase a vehicle here. I was able service department (over about 6 years). I was always satisfied with the services performed, so I thought I would purchase a vehicle here. I was able to road-test the potential purchase for about four hours (after some paperwork), and this time was very helpful in making my decision. The showroom is huge and very comfortable, and the sales personnel are right out on the floor with their potential customers. The actual transaction of purchasing the car was good except that I was purchasing it to be owned by the Trust which my wife and I set up for our estate. Unfortunately, this was not a transaction anyone was familiar with, so I spent an extra two hours at the dealership waiting to finalize the transaction. I was surprised at this, as everyone I spoke to about every other part of the transaction was able to answer any question I had. Everyone was nice enough to stay until I was finished, and I appreciate that: I didn't leave the showroom until after 8:00 PM. I am still happy to recommend Boucher, even with the glitch with my purchase. More
