Some outstanding sales people, some employees not so good. Process to actually pay for the car and be able to leave with it was ridiculous, repeat paperwork, long waits. I was there for 2 1/2 hours tr good. Process to actually pay for the car and be able to leave with it was ridiculous, repeat paperwork, long waits. I was there for 2 1/2 hours trying to hand over a check and get my car. It took so long there wasn’t time for sales guy to review important features with me. I can’t get some to work now. No one has followed up with me today, either. Not the worst dealership, but inconsistent quality made buying this car not much fun. More

Terrible experience! This was my second purchase at this place (1st purchase was 2023 Durango Hellcat) and it couldn't have been worse! My girlfriend found the vehicle sh This was my second purchase at this place (1st purchase was 2023 Durango Hellcat) and it couldn't have been worse! My girlfriend found the vehicle she loves (2024 Durango RT, Destroyer Gray). Since we live almost 2 hours away, I did the whole process over the phone and I did my own financing on my end as well, trusting that all information displayed on the listing online for this vehicle was true and accurate. We arrived at the dealership approximately at 7pm to pick up the vehicle, but despite advising the salesperson hours in advanced, the vehicle was getting "detailed", so we were taken inside to finalize the deal. Upon completion of all documentation and handing over the check, we were about to head home when my girlfriend realized the vehicle DID NOT have leather seats, AS ADVERTISED ON THE LISTING! At that time we argued with the sales manager and the best he could come up with, was to refer us to a place that could install leather and a promise that he would try to help us over the cost. Long story short, they did refer us to the place but never heard back from them to help us cover the cost, even with me calling/texting almost every day asking about it! We had to pay over $1800 for their mistake, this is completely and absolutely unacceptable practice for such large dealership. False advertisement at its best! Never coming back here again. More

Uneque provided quality and friendly service, I would highly recommend him. The only issue I have is that I was notified the following day that there were 7 hard inquiries made on my credit for the loan highly recommend him. The only issue I have is that I was notified the following day that there were 7 hard inquiries made on my credit for the loan to purchase the car. Having the credit score that I do shouldn't have required that many hard inquiries which will now impact my credit score. I'm extremely disappointed with this situation. More

We didn’t get the deal we thought we would get. Have been a customer since 2005 and didn’t get a good deal. Said my trade in was in fair condition when it was in excellent condition. Then we were pressured to spend an additional $3,000 on your advantage plan when we did not want it and refused it. Making people spend that is not right. The only thing we liked was the truck. The truck was detailed poorly Outside was not detailed by hand. Rims and wheel well were not cleaned. Inside was not cleaned well either. Had to put gas in it when we left. Your extended warranty is way to much. More
