These two things are an absolute, otherwise I will walk out the door and head to another dealership. I didn't have to do that a Zeigler - I got the respect I deserve and the transparency I needed to make a rational decision about whether I could or should purchase my new car. When I called I was told it was just so that enough time could be allotted. When we came in for the for the service work to be done the spark plugs were not there and after two hours of waiting we were told such.
