This was the easiest car buying experience I've had with absolutely no sales or finance pressure. They listen well and respond with knowledge to all questions. I I found a vehicle online and inquired. Herb was very professional and easy to work with. He did a very thorough walk through of the vehicle for me and sent numerous photos. Living in Herb was very professional and easy to work with. He did a very thorough walk through of the vehicle for me and sent numerous photos. Living in East TX, I didn't want to waste my time driving down if the vehicle had hidden flaws. I did that the week before with a vehicle in Dallas and we steered clear of that dealership as they wasted our time and money driving out. I probably was a little blunt in some of questions as I did not want a repeat of that experience. We were so impressed by both Herb and the vehicle that we made the decision to purchase it same day. The finance process was extremely smooth and we were not pressured with purchasing all the extras that can make the finance process painful. A fantastic experience!! More
