I unlocked my credit for 3 days and was offered a high interest rate, because it was easier for finance, without looking for a better interest rate. After I questioned the rate, finance then offered a competitive rate. Ram was dirty and scuffed inside and finance didn’t produce tags and registration upon delivery. It was over 2hrs of waiting, after all paperwork was previously signed days before picking up the vehicle. Professional floor mgr, internet mgr, very pushy, which almost lost the deal! Overall, looking, test driving and negotiation very positive and professional, back office needs improvement. More
