Recall on my car, and they won't fix it. Theres a recall and lawsuit for my 2009 honda accord, they lied to me on the phone saying they will fix it free of charge. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment, and they didn't fix it at all,their service guy Henry peterson said the recall is vin # specific while i have the same make and model and same issues as the recall. They said they just extended my warranty for the issue and did a software update and changed my sparkplugs when i already had them changed. My honda misfires and has a leak in the combustion chamber which other people with the same vehicle has,and what they did was like putting a band aid on a gunshot wound and didn't even fix the leak. Honda isn't as reliable as you think,and they won't take care of you if there is a recall they will make some b.s up that the recall is vin #specific. The sale associate henry peterson didnt help me at all, just just trying to change the subject,he said he would call me when my car was done,and he didn't even do that, guess he wanted me to miss me picking up my car and just close,so I would have to wait till the next day to get it. Honda in genral will not take care of you. And hillside honda has the worse service when you call them and service center is slow and unprofessional and will change the subject on the issue and won't even fix your car. More

I was communicating with Henry who immediately took ownership of my situation, put me at ease and guaranteed me that the vehicle would be safe to drive and then advised me that he would have your service technician fully inspect the Honda. Hillside Honda offers great service.. I have been going there for many years for the service of my 2002 Odyssey and have never had a single complaint. I first brought in my van for a problem that was addre there for many years for the service of my 2002 Odyssey and have never had a single complaint. I first brought in my van for a problem that was addressed but never fixed at 2 different Honda dealerships on Long Island (my van at the time was only 2 years old and the gear shift would get stuck for no apparent reason!) I once left my Odyssey at North Shore Honda for 2 weeks and they couldn't figure it out. At Hillside Honda, the manager David (I think that's his name) recognized the problem within seconds and it was fixed really quickly. I was hooked on Hillside Honda service from that point on. From the moment I pull into the garage I'm met with courtesy and friendliness. The servicemen always do a very good job and the people at the desk are honest and true-to-their word - this is especially true of Henry Peterson. He consistently follows through on what he says and makes all the customers feel important. I would recommend hillside Honda service to all my friends! Super job!!! More

By bringing my 2003 to Hillside Honda for servicing, I feel that I have extended the "life" of my car. The service staff explains clearly what needs to be done to the car. I came in for an oil change and found out that my battery was low and I needed a new one. I remembered that I bought on at Honda before and Henry looked it up and it still was under warranty. I leased my 2008 Accord from Hillside and have done all my maintenance there. There service is always friendly and efficient.
