The service was the service was courteous, although I couldn’t tell whether it was genuine. There seem to be some sarcasm thrown in there, but I could be wrong.. my one real complaint, is that I wasn’t couldn’t tell whether it was genuine. There seem to be some sarcasm thrown in there, but I could be wrong.. my one real complaint, is that I wasn’t told I would have to leave my car at. I was told the service area was a bigger area and so they were able to do bigger jobs, but at no point in time was I told, I had to leave my car and come back later that should be indicated because I wasn’t the only one who seem to be complaining about the same thing. When an appointment is made, the clients should be told that the car must be left behind.. this will enable the individual to make arrangements prior to getting there. And if not, then a service should be provided to transfer individuals back to where they need to be or at least provided a temporary car to go back-and-forth.. because I wasn’t informed prior that I would have to leave my car. I had to make arrangements on the spot, and I wasn’t the only one they were for other people who weren’t told and they had to do the same.. especially if a service is not gonna be provided for the client to gain access to another car or a shuttle that will take them back to where they need to be because they can’t stay there. I think you otherwise for the service and hope that everyone stay safe and healthy. More

Staff is very fast and efficient. I was not in the waiting area for more than hour.
