Above Average Buying Experience Although we were met by the 'manager', never saw him again. Our appt. salesman was very nice and took us on our test drive and wrote down information, Although we were met by the 'manager', never saw him again. Our appt. salesman was very nice and took us on our test drive and wrote down information, but then immediately handed us off to someone else to make the deal. And even he had to get 'permission . Why so many folks involved in just one deal? But the deal was fair, and we left with our vehicle. Only wish they had checked tire pressure before delivery -- tires were 7 psi overinflated. Overall probably a little above average experience, especially in finance. More

From start to finish the sales staff is both friendly and professional. My first experience with Rick Case got me out or my Mercedes S-class and there has never been any regrets. This is my second purchase experience buying the Genesis G90 and so far there have been no regrets. Whenever I have called someone at Rick Case if the person I was calling wasn't available I got an immediate call back within a reasonable amount of time. You can't go wrong with Rick Case. I recommend Highly. More

Blessing I went to see if i could get something newer and efficient...i got exactly that.
