

Henry began is career in the car business in 2004 when he joined a sister Koons dealership. He joined Koons Arlington Toyota in 2007. He likes meeting people and finding the vehicle that meets their needs. He says Koons is a great company to work for. Henry enjoys is time off and likes to take his children on a bike ride, running, or playing soccer. Henry speaks Spanish fluently.

Poor Customer Service So a few days back my fiance and I went to look at vehicles . We stumbled upon the Koons used Toyota so we stopped to take a look. As we drove around So a few days back my fiance and I went to look at vehicles . We stumbled upon the Koons used Toyota so we stopped to take a look. As we drove around the lot we found a Mercedes GLK 350 so we went in to talk about it. He brought out a key and we tried to start it but the alarm went off when the door was opened. While trying to start the vehicle it still refused . So as we pittled with the vehicle for a whIle. But being a BMW owner I knew a few tricks and usually if the key doesn't respond it's a battery issue. All of the while this is going on the Sale Associate (Henry Garcia) went in and sat comfortably while we tried to start a vehicle on his lot. After the headache we got the vehicle started and went for a test drive . Mind you we fell in love with the vehicle it was missing a door panel but they had the parts just needed to install. So my fiance gave his information and started the application after the paper work was completed he told us to drive to the main dealership to speak with his sales manager. So we go through the second part . But the worst part was we had been at the dealership all day . So the guys tells us the last step takes 15 minutes . We wait and he comes back and said the bank wanted a higher down payment so he said he was gonna check a few more banks but no until the morning . They told us they'd give a call .... one that never came through. Then my fiance calls and the sales associate didn't answer the phone all day . The entire time his credit is being ran over and over dropping point for point . The entire time we've yet to hear back from any of the agents . More

Horrible Personal Experience - Hope they can make it right. Very disappointing and I didn't even buy a vehicle. Contacted the dealership as soon as a vehicle was posted. Spoke to the sales agent (Henry) and Very disappointing and I didn't even buy a vehicle. Contacted the dealership as soon as a vehicle was posted. Spoke to the sales agent (Henry) and asked for pictures. After receiving the pictures I told him I would like the vehicle and would like to get dealer financing. Once approved I made arrangements to drive 1 1/2 hours to purchase the vehicle. 15 minutes before I left my house I get a call telling me the vehicle was sold to a walk-in. Would not have been such a big deal if they didn't make two hard requests against my credit report causing my FICO to drop by 15 points, only to sell the vehicle to someone else. So not only did I not get a vehicle, but getting credit towards another vehicle is going to be more expensive due to the lower credit score. Unfair and dishonest business practice if you ask me. I hope they can make it right. More

My Wife and I drove over 4 hours to look at a vehicle there. Brought our three kids with us. They are all little and will tear a place up quick. We recently had to get into another car/minivan due to a car accident. We weren't too thrilled to shop around for anything, but after we saw a minivan that we liked we headed to Koons Arlington Toyota/Scion car accident. We weren't too thrilled to shop around for anything, but after we saw a minivan that we liked we headed to Koons Arlington Toyota/Scion in Arlington, VA. Henry Garcia came to greet us and introduced himself. He showed us the minivan and it was exactly as the pictures online. Same amount of miles and just perfect. We told Henry we were going to go look at other vehicles in the area before we made our decision. He gave us his card and told us that he would be there until the evening. Henry was not pushy or rude, he simply told us that the minivan was well priced and it was a great deal for a fully loaded one. After we did our complete search we had to come back, just because Henry had treated us better than any of the other sales people we encountered that afternoon at other dealerships. The vehicle was priced right at the blue book value and negotiating the price wasn't an issue. The paperwork was completed and he passed it onto Ali Zaka, from Finance & Insurance. Mr. Zaka worked his magic and found us a great bank that worked with our financial situation and was very thorough. He came out and explained every step that he was taking to get us on our way with the minivan. Soon after we were ready to sign the paperwork and Henry took the minivan for a final cleanup and got it ready for us while Mr. Zaka finished our paperwork. I am recommending Henry Garcia and Ali Zaka of Koons Arlington Toyota/Scion to anyone who is looking to get great customer service! More

I stopped by to look at a FX35 and Henry Garcia greeted me with a handshake and asked if I would like to take it for a test drive. He quickly retrieved the keys and plates and we left. During the test drive he didn't give me a sales pitch but instead pointed out some features of the SUV and the answered questions I had. After the test drive I told him I really like the SUV and he handed me a business card and asked for my contact info so we could discuss the car the next day. I returned the next day and we quickly went through the initial paperwork and left for the main location to complete finance paperwork. Working with Michael Zoslow through the financials was easy and stressless. Michael’s laid back approach was appreciated as he worked to get payments within my target range and the explanation of warranty information. I appreciate the respect Henry and Michael extended to me throughout the buying process. I hate to be run around and kept waiting, Henry and Michael both understood the buyer's time is important and worked extremely efficiently. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. More

I am not kind of person who usually writes online reviews. However, I feel obligated since I have received great service from Koons Arlington Toyota. I compared the prices with all dealers around th reviews. However, I feel obligated since I have received great service from Koons Arlington Toyota. I compared the prices with all dealers around the area and Koons Arlington had the best deal (online & in-person). The total amount difference was not much; however the respect, straight forward answers, and welcoming attitude I got at this dealership was not comparable to other dealers I have dealt with. I changed my mind few times on the model of the Sienna I wanted to buy but the sales Manager Chris Kronz was very patience with me. He was very professional and treated me with respect. Chris compared few options on different models of Sienna which made my decision easier. The car I picked wasn’t in their lot; however, Chris told me that he will get it for me. I did lots of research online before I bought and based on my research Koons Arlington Toyota Pleased/WOWED me (I never thought I would used that term :-)). I also dealt with Henry Garcia, who was also very helpful and nice. During my paper work Bruno Garcia and Mike helped me a lot. Also subsequent to my purchase, Steve and Bruno walked me through the car and made sure I was okay with everything. There was a small issue I pointed out to Bruno who got it fixed in very short period of time. I negotiated with Chris to put in a crossbar in my Sienna; since they didn’t have it in the inventory they couldn’t install it the day I purchased the car. I got calls from Bruno and Deigo couple of days after my purchase to take my car in for installation. I will do that this weekend. I understand the dealership is in business to make money and it’s very hard to make money and at the same time make customer happy. But I think customer wants dealers to be honest and straight forward. I think Koons Arlington came closer than anyone else in the area. I would definitely buy again from them if they maintain the current attitude and quality of service. Also I see lots of bad reviews on the service side, so I promise I will do another update once I start taking my car for services. More

In May 2011, we purchased a 2011 Avalon and were impressed with the excellent customer service that we received from Mr. Henry Garcia. Yesterday, we drove past multiple Toyota (and Honda dealers) in Fairfax to return to Arlington to purchase a 2011 Corolla SE from Mr. Garcia. He was patient with our questions, ensured our satisfaction with our purchase, and worked collaborately with his colleagues so that all stages of our purchase went smoothly. In addition, Mr. Garcia was courteous to my entire family including my four young kids.
