Worst experience buying a car in my life, and we've owned 25+. First, they tried to lie to us to pay for certification, when the car we were buying was clearly listed as Certified Gold. They said "Certifie 25+. First, they tried to lie to us to pay for certification, when the car we were buying was clearly listed as Certified Gold. They said "Certified Gold" means that the car CAN be certified, not that it IS certified. Bush league scammers. Second, the so-called "Certified Gold" Toyota came without floor mats, as if you were buying a used Hyundai from Joey's Used Cars. Third, the car came with only one key fob... Yes, a Certified Gold Toyota. They said the "key guy" is not there, he only comes once or twice a week, so we have to make the two-hour trip to Yonkers to meet him at his convenience. At this point we were ready to pay for programming ourselves if we had the fob and I begged them to ship it to us. Three people promised to mail the key fob, we still don't have it. We bought the car in November of 2024. Here we are, May of 2025, still no key. Great customer service, Westchester Toyota. Stay away, people. More

The WORST Bunch of Cons including the manger STAY AWAY Henry Castillo, Herrick Vega and the worst one is the finance manger who takes the liberty to embed unnecessary costs like Gap insurance and ti AWAY Henry Castillo, Herrick Vega and the worst one is the finance manger who takes the liberty to embed unnecessary costs like Gap insurance and tire warranty etc. They added the $5,000 down payment to the agreed on price instead of deducting it didn't find out until after I received my first statement. Business relationships are based on trust. unfortunately the sales team lack morals, bunch of thieves. The manager offered to sell me a car for MSRP only if I came in person to make the deposit - despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly - because he knows I live in Connecticut and i came in person to make the deposit - despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly - because he knows I live in Connecticut and it would be a hardship for me to get out there just to make the deposit, and then again when the car arrives two weeks later. This is a really sleazy negotiating tactic. Despite that, I offered to make the drive that same day if they could hold the vehicle for me for two hours - so that I wouldn't waste gas money heading out there only for someone else to buy it before I arrive. They wouldn't accommodate me in any way. They wouldn't even accept half the deposit over the phone and the other half when I arrived - again all despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly. They were simply hoping I would pay the $1,000.00 markup price for the convenience of not having to go out there twice. Just really lame, and not the way a good business should treat customers. More
