Leonard Willis sold us our current 2 vehicles; 2024 GMC Sierra Denali Arnold Orlando and we have been absolutely pleased with every single purchase. Leonard Willis sold us our current 2 vehicles; 2024 GMC Sierra Denali Arnold Palmer Invitational truck and our 2023 Yukon AT4. The Traverse and Silverado were our previous vehicles from their dealership. All staff are attentive, kind and truly met all of our expectations. The service department has always been fantastic with general maintenance as well as anything else that arose. We highly recommend this dealership. More

Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would be taken care of by Aaron Shepard. After a week and no word from anyone we called. Amazingly enough a loaner vehicle is now ready for pick up the next day. We show up - no loaner is ready. They searched through 5 cars and tried to give us one with no gas. Oh it gets better......after a week they call to say my car is ready. I go to pick it up and nothing on the bumper where the damage is was touched. They were like, "the scratch on the side was fixed"....and of course I'm like what???? Aaron Shepard was not available as he left for the day. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not blame the employee that rear-ended my car. Mistakes happen but Aaron Shepard's job is to make sure that they are corrected. He failed. More

Have called to speak to you and the manager Hendrick several times. No call back and you are never available. I was told to drop my car off on a saturday and the diagnostics would be done since it has s several times. No call back and you are never available. Its very upsetting since your location is far from me. More
