My name is Hector and I was born in the US, but my family is all from Mexico. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and came to California in 1989. I joined the automotive industry back in 2004 after attending De Anza Community College in Cupertino, California. My favorite BMW model is the i7 because of its spacious interior and advanced technology. My favorite hobbies outside of work include all things related to sports, fishing, camping, and dining. I also love spending time with my two sons who are my life!

Nice place with a lot of space, showroom is not crowded with cars. They have these booths with nice seating and a big display to show cars/features/papers/whatever in a browser. Marcus (sales) and Hector (mgmt) were friendly and patient, answer questions, not pushy at all, went the extra mile with paint touch-ups that are not usually done on non-CPO cars. More

Amazing experience! I was quickly greeted and match with a sales advisor. My sales advisor Lance did an amazing job from start to finish. Purchased a certified pre owned vehicle. Gave me an outstanding deal on a trade. Very happy with that however my whole experience wasn’t perfect. Their clean guys washed the car yes, but it was not detailed. Water spots everywhere, interior was dirty. I was shocked that they didn’t even remember to fill the fuel tank, it was in the red almost. They misplaced one of the keys, it’s been over 7 days now and I am still waiting for an expected date to receive my second key which is required as it was a certified BMW. More
