Worked well with me till found out my father passed and held my Jeep for months claiming needed court documents to release it. Still haven't been able to pick up car . From the moment I left my vehicle, the whole experience was horrible. I had to keep calling the dealership/Sal to get any updates in regards to my vehicle. I had to keep calling Easy Care to see if my engi was horrible. I had to keep calling the dealership/Sal to get any updates in regards to my vehicle. I had to keep calling Easy Care to see if my engine was taken down and pictures sent. Nothing happened. I had to call North Haven Executive in order to get the claims process rolling. My car was sitting for almost two weeks. The story that I received from Sal is that vehicles are worked on in the order that they come in. So my vehicle was just sitting for almost two weeks but everyone else’s car that came in after mines gets worked on. I was also told there’s a handful of people that can only do the repairs my vehicle required. So in two weeks, my car doesn’t get touched. I ended up picking up my vehicle and taking it to North Haven Executive. This wallingford dealership sucks down to the customer service. I was also told that the manager was spoken to in order to get me in their rental. Well that was a lie. They don’t care. I actually saw another male associate be told that a customer’s vehicle was done and to call the patient. The entire time I stood waiting for my claim to be processed, the same employee didn’t pick up the phone to call the customer to pick up their vehicle. More
