The computer system in my Jeep has never worked since the
day I leased it. The dealership has had the car in the shop multiple times, anywhere from two weeks to over a month at a time, and the issue is still

Instead of taking responsibility, they constantly ping-pong us back and forth with corporate and have done nothing to help with the lemon car they leased to us. My husband has been incredibly patient dealing with them, but the vehicle is in my name and I am done waiting.
The lack of accountability and customer service from this dealership is shocking. I am now pursuing legal action, filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office, and making sure others know how poorly I’ve been treated.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership.
