If I could give this place zero stars I would. They don't even deserve one. I took my brand new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE in because it is making a metal clunking noise when in reverse. First it was a nightmare to even get them to take the car and give me a rental. The car is 5 months old!! I had to contact my salesman (whom is incredible btw) to get them to take my car and look at it to give me a rental. I finally drop it off and I see in the lojack app where they took it for a ride and that was it. No way they even jacked it up or looked at it. Several hours later I get a call from my service advisor who tells me the noise I am hearing is my rear brake pads shifting in the bracket. Ummm, brake pads are not supposed to move so clearly something is wrong. He tells me it is wear and tear and is completely normal, to come get my vehicle. I called corporate, they put in a ticket to have the customer relations manager contact me. She was just as unhelpful telling me basically that it is my fault for putting 8800 miles on it in 5 months. That should not be a problem! 8800 is still new! After arguing with them, I filed a new complaint with Toyota and will never be going back to Jerry's again. ALSO, on the work order, they put that its the rear brake pads, funny I clearly told them the noise is coming from the front end. They also put that I declined a multi-point inspection, most certainly did not. Wouldn't the inspection be necessary to even evaluate what the problem is?! Most incompetent and rude service department I have ever dealt with. Clearly they don't care about the safety of their vehicles that they JUST sold. I did not spend over $40k to be treated like this. I brought my Toyota in for warranty paint work. While the paint job was exceptional, I was not told the windshield was being replaced and when I returned, my EZ-Pass was gone. That is not cool. Additionally, the car came in with a rear cargo cover, but it too was missing when I picked the car up. That will cost hundreds to replace. Finally, the rear windshield wiper was installed incorrectly so now it just tries to wipe the air below the rear window. I am at a loss. The body work was great but all the issues lead me to a 2 star review. When I inquired about the cargo cover they said they had photo proof it wasn't with the car. This is not accurate; the cargo cover is not here and was with the car when it was dropped off. More

I bought a used car from Jerry’s. They had some repairs to make to the car when I bought it. I scheduled the repairs and most were completed except one. Now they are refusing to complete the promised repair. Very disappointing. The customer service has been awful. They will not respond to my communication and have dropped the ball. I will not buy another car there and encourage others to shop elsewhere. More

Hello, it's been a while but figured I'd post again. I am going to continue to leave reviews everywhere that I can to warn other people not to spend their money there. There are a lot of other honest dealers out there. I just wanted to share a bad experience that I had with Jerry's Service. Anybody reading this can decide for themselves if they want to spend their hard-earned money on anything from this dealer. I brought my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado in for repairs in October 2020. To sum it all up, Jerry's didn't reattach the a/c drain plug when they put the dashboard back together. This caused a big water problem. I had repairs done from another reputable auto shop, I sent all the evidence into them along with the bills and was informed they were not going to reimburse me. I was told this was because I never brought it to them to be diagnosed and repaired in the first place. I was not aware that I was supposed to............ This was clearly their fault but instead of doing the right thing.........this business decided not to. STAY AWAY!!!! More

I trust the service the employees were polite and professional. However the wait with an appointment was just too long. Over three hours for a a simple oil change and tires rotation.
