Unprofessional Waste of time. Took the ride over a hour away for a car that I inquired about to be sold just as I pulled up to the lot. I had made the appointment wi Waste of time. Took the ride over a hour away for a car that I inquired about to be sold just as I pulled up to the lot. I had made the appointment with "Heather" she didn't even get up from her desk to apologize for wasting my time. Nothing wrong with selling, the problem comes in with lack of communication. In a strange way I was happy not to have got the car because if this is how business is conducted, I truely did not miss out on anything. It was a blessing. I just thought I would warn others of about lack of professionalism I experienced. More
