Heather answered all of our technical questions about the vehicle and definitely helped make the sale. The only "glitch" was caused by having to register our vehicle in MA. Heather and her support team put together a package that got me in and out of the MA Registry in under 13 minutes! Also a shout-out to Carl who spent a few minutes reviewing the package with me before taking the "dreaded trip" to the MA Registry - Perfect paperwork!
