Mr. Taylor was patient, knowledgeable, well-spoken and personable, I was in the market for purchasing a car for my daughter and I had my sister and niece accompany me to this dealership at my sister's recommendation. I had visited several other dealerships within the week that I was attempting to find the right vehicle. Mr Taylor greeted the three of us with respect and kindness. He was never condescending, and he answered each of our questions as though we were worthy of his time. I was actually in the market for another type of vehicle, but after listening to my concerns and the list of my non-negotiables, he recommended the perfect vehicle that met all my requests. In our world where honesty, respect, humanity and people in general are placed second or third to the goals of most businesses, I was wonderfully surprised to find that Fred Anderson Toyota Dealership must still place some value on honesty, intelligence and respect if the owner/management would have a salesperson who embodies these quality to serve their customers. At that time the parts tech discovered the price of one of the part was a lot higher than previous quoted. The manager was advised of this mistake but sold the part to me at the original price.
