I am a repeat customer at Mohawk Honda and not just because I like Hondas. At Mohawk Honda I am treated like a person, not just another member of the herd like other dealers. I encountered no upselling because I like Hondas. At Mohawk Honda I am treated like a person, not just another member of the herd like other dealers. I encountered no upselling trying to get me into a newer or more expensive vehicle. I think that the asking price on the vehicle I bought was on the low side of fair and the second trade in offer was on the higher side of it's value. They arranged financing through my credit union at the publish rate for that year and term. Not everyone can get the published rate but I appreciated the lack of games and them not pushing a higher rate loan on me. It probably didn't hurt that I knew what the current interest rates and car values going into the process. I had inquired about GAP insurance, but my finance guy Mike explained why I didn't need it on this deal. I asked about something and they didn't sell it to me, when does that happen? My sales consultant, Jennifer B was great, no pressure, no BS, nice to talk to and in the end my wife still liked her!, That has never happed during a car deal before. My deliver specialist Izaak V was equally great to work with, he didn't rush me, showed me all the features, helped set up some things and made sure all my questions were answered. He spent at least twice as much time with me during this delivery as any other car purchase I have made. Yes modern cars have more features but my point is that I didn't feel rushed to get through it. With car prices and values easily found online, the biggest difference is going to be how you are treated and the experience you have at the dealership. This where Mohawk Honda wins my business. More

When the time came a few days ago because I loss my Kia Soul, I emailed her and she provided all the information to help me select my car. Had a great experience buying a car here, which is not always the case when buying a car at an Auto Dealer. We traveled over 100 miles to look at a car here, rather than multiple local dealers in our area always the case when buying a car at an Auto Dealer. Heather in the Internet Sales Dept has been in touch with me for the past 12 months through e-mails, maybe once every 1 or 2 months. We could not get a deal done last September so when we were ready again, I contacted her to keep her up to date. We sent an inquiry about a car we were interested in and Alex R. got back to us a short amount of time. Down we go Saturday morning. Looked around outside at multiple cars, without anyone bothering us. We go inside and there is a nice friendly staff that greets you at the door, no waiting around for a Salesperson. We got hooked up with Alex, drove around in the car we were looking to purchase , came back and started the deal. No BS negotiation, the prices are marked and very competitive. Done deal! (Also got to meet Heather finally; without her, we would not have been down.) Lindsay (?) takes us outside to explain any/all the features of the car while Alex works to get the Insurance Co. on the line to get ID cards. Trouble. We cannot get in touch with the Ins Co to get cards so it's looking bad. Alex offers a solution to hook us up with a local agent and though skeptical, we will listen. Trouble averted and we are switching all of our Auto/Home policy to Conner. Off to Tyler the business manager who gets all the paperwork ready, gives all of the options available with NO OVERT PRESSURE. Then, all the papers are signed, plates are on and we are done. Time to go home. I don't write a lot of reviews, but Mohawk Honda gets 5 stars from Michele and I! Thanks to the whole Staff..... Michele & Alan V More
