When it came time to secure my vehicle, I thought I’d bring it to the Mazda service center nearest to my business in LaCrosse. Not a good idea and that’s a review I’ll be leaving on their site. Needless to say, I did not reschedule my appt there, and chose Chippewa Valley Mazda. Wow. I cannot be more impressed. I had a service soon light on, and a recall to check out. I was met by welcoming personnel, and the service dept got to my vehicle immediately. Personnel came to the customer waiting area four times to update me on what was being done. Then, I got a text message with a video from the tech working on my CX-90! The video was of my actual vehicle, and staff explaining what was diagnosed, etc. All of my questions were answered, work was completed in a timely fashion, staff was thorough and friendly. I sincerely could not have asked for better service. (And there’s a Mazda shop in LaX who should truly get training from you all.) THANK YOU 👍🏼😊 More
