I have been to th dealership three times for the same issue and been given three different steps to be taken. There is a lack of communication and poor customer service. I have an electrical issue with m issue and been given three different steps to be taken. There is a lack of communication and poor customer service. I have an electrical issue with my vehicle I reported a month ago and a seal of some sort at the back of the vehicle coming apart. Basically I was sold a lemon. If I don’t get resolution for all my issues at the next visit, I will be filing under lemon law. I will NEVER shop at Jeep again. More

I love having a Jeep brand but, you guys put bandaids on all of the problems and I am amazed at the problems with new vehicles you sell. Once you repair my front right fender issue, maybe we can start work all of the problems and I am amazed at the problems with new vehicles you sell. Once you repair my front right fender issue, maybe we can start working on the electrical issue. Crazy the cost of low quality vehicles. Also, if you say you will notify me when a part comes in, or you are going to call me back, you should probably honor your word. More
