Excellent purchase experience at Acura of Columbus! Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Sales and finance people were helpful and low pressure. Due to shortages, it was a 3 month wait between putting down my deposit and taking delivery, but the car is wonderful and exactly what I wanted. During the wait, they unexpectedly shipped me a tin of chocolate chip cookies! More

I reach out with an inquiry on a 2017 Honda Accord Touring V6, and a sales agent reached out to me by the name of Brett Masters (3:29pm). We spoke about me coming to view the vehicle, and due to my work schedule it was arranged I come in the next day early morning by 8:45am, and stated he gets in the office around 8:35am so he will have the car ready. I arrive next morning around 9:15am, late but arrived, to walk in and be told by him that the care was shipped off to auction at 600p yesterday!!! AT THIS POINT IM IMMEDIATELY SEEING RED!!! I literally drove from Pickerington OH, to Dublin OH, which is about a 25-30 min drive, without any call or email stating it was not there!!! if the dealership closes at 7pm, than I should have received call that night prior, or being due diligent, knowing a customer is coming to view a car, the key should've been pulled from inventory, so that it was already on hold! then after I left(I stormed out pissed), he calls and leaves a voicemail, saying we have a 2018 accord sport that we can work with you on pricing low miles, mind you is a 4 cylinder! WHY WOULD I WANT A 4 CYLINDER WHEN I INQ ON A V6! that made me more made! needless to say, xxxx more customer service, I will not ever inquire on a vehicle from this dealership AGAIN!! More

They have treated me so well over the years that when it came time to get a new car, they were the obvious first choice for me. Steve Ault did a great job explaining the features and pros and cons of every model I considered and made the buying process seamless. Acura Columbus was a customer of mine for years before I sold my business earlier this year, and I have had nothing but great experiences in every interaction I have had over the years. I consider many on the staff to be friends. Thanks again for exceeding my expectations More

Great Buying Experience Bought a MDX in 2010 at Acura Columbus and kept it until 2019. Great car so I bought another 2019 MDX. Excellent Service I discovered that my 1998 Acura CL 3.0 had a Safety Recall for the Ignition System, so I contacted this Dealer to have the recall addressed, and my Se I discovered that my 1998 Acura CL 3.0 had a Safety Recall for the Ignition System, so I contacted this Dealer to have the recall addressed, and my Service Advisor quickly determined that my car needed to be repaired. She made arrangements to have the car picked up, and returned to me HASSLE FREE! Her communication was excellent. I was very impressed with the level of service that I received. More
