Just had the second service on our 2023 Honda Pilot. Heather greeted us with a big smile and explained what this service would cover. Interior panel on Passenger side door was scratched during removal or installation of the seat for a passenger side air bag seat weight warranty repair. Also had oil change performed and oil light was during removal or installation of the seat for a passenger side air bag seat weight warranty repair. Also had oil change performed and oil light was not reset. Pricing for the oil change was NOT exactly transparent as fees were added to the original quoted price plus tax. This is my second not so great experience with the service department as the first time they performed a service that wasn’t requested and then it was almost impossible to get in touch with a service manger that could help resolve the issue and provide proper paperwork. Not sure if I would actually recommend this dealer going forward as if these types of issues have happened to myself in just the two visits I have been there imagine what else is happening as well. More
