Hayden was raised in Davidson County, attended East Davidson High School, and then went on to graduate from UNCG. Over the past 15 years he has gained experience in the different facets of the automotive business focusing on finance for the last 5 years. Hayden lives in Summerfield, NC with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with family, camping, and riding ATV’s. Average Service The car buying experience was exceptional. They promised us some reasonable accommodations; the staff was friendly and eager to make the sale. But onc The car buying experience was exceptional. They promised us some reasonable accommodations; the staff was friendly and eager to make the sale. But once we committed and paid our deposit, they lost focus and we felt like they were annoyed at the concerns we were having. We paid our deposit on Saturday with hopes of picking the vehicle up on Monday, but Monday turned into Thursday and only one of the items promised was handled. I've sent text messages with no response and at this point I don't feel like a phone call will be welcomed so my boyfriend and I are facing just completing the remainder of the repairs our self. I hate to leave a completely bad review because it didn't start out bad, and the staff was friendly, but I cannot rate them with delivering on their promise. More

Anthony's review Sales was good and not pushy, very friendly! The only thing I did not like was that I was told the monthly payment with the allotted months to pay aft Sales was good and not pushy, very friendly! The only thing I did not like was that I was told the monthly payment with the allotted months to pay after agreeing on the total price. Not being told or realizing they had incorporated a 2 year protection plan in with the financing. After careful review of the loan paper work, I then noticed that the loan total was greater than what the price that was settled upon for the vehicle. I then noticed the 2000$ protection plan added. I then expressed how this was dirty business trying to slip something like that in on the final paper work. This is a fine example of why it is always best to read before signing anything. More
