Where to begin. Here goes.... This was our 2nd purchase @ Jerry Hunt. We live 100 miles away and still make the drive since they are so easy to deal with and they D Here goes.... This was our 2nd purchase @ Jerry Hunt. We live 100 miles away and still make the drive since they are so easy to deal with and they DO stand behind their warranty. We purchased a Subaru Tribeca and on they way home, we were 1/2 mile from our house and the car had issues (not to go into too much detail). When I called and spoke to Justin, he called me back and they gave the okay to take the car to our local subaru dealer for a quote. On Saturday morning we did just that. It was not good news!!! I called and spoke with Justin and Hayden. They said not to worry, they would make it right...and that they did. The following Monday, they had a flatbed at my house to get the subaru and haulded me a car to drive while repairs were being done on my car. Once the repairs were complete, we drove down to pick up the subaru and it has performed beautifully ever since. I have recommended Jerry Hunt Auto Sales for years. Our first purchase was a used VW Passat several years ago that is still running strong. I work in customer service so i know how difficult it can be at times. They handle business the way they should to make the customer feel valued. I will purchase there again!!! More

Average Service The car buying experience was exceptional. They promised us some reasonable accommodations; the staff was friendly and eager to make the sale. But once we committed and paid our deposit, they lost focus and we felt like they were annoyed at the concerns we were having. We paid our deposit on Saturday with hopes of picking the vehicle up on Monday, but Monday turned into Thursday and only one of the items promised was handled. I've sent text messages with no response and at this point I don't feel like a phone call will be welcomed so my boyfriend and I are facing just completing the remainder of the repairs our self. I hate to leave a completely bad review because it didn't start out bad, and the staff was friendly, but I cannot rate them with delivering on their promise. More
