Sales Advisor, Hasan was a pleasure to work with and addressed all my questions and concerns with my lease and vehicle. He even threw in a gift certificate for my kids at the gift shop which I thought was great :) I think the follow up session which is free of charge to go back in to go over any questions that you may have as far as how the vehicle operates is a great way to build on the customer relationship. Excellent experience overall From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had an appointment and were seen promptly. We put a deposit on the car we From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had an appointment and were seen promptly. We put a deposit on the car we came to see. The process was simple and we were in daily contact with Hasan (our salesman) and the finance manager until we picked up the car that weekend - after returning our lease car to a different dealership. I would definitely recommend Rallye to others, as our car buying experience was a pleasure. More
