That fact alone makes Stohlman stand out in a very competitive field. From our first visit to the day we purchased our Forester, the staff treated us courteously and attentively. Ethan Sullivan was our primary contact and he was knowledgeable about every detail, highlighted shared features as well as differences in features of the various models. We visited the showroom several times before making a decision and we were never hurried nor pressured. Staff has a natural camaraderie and it lends a welcoming and relaxed feel for the customer. We'll recommend Stohlman Subaru to any of our friends or family who are looking into buying or leasing a car. More

Following the purchase, I heard from a technology specialist to check in and answer questions about features. After that follow-up, I received a $25 gift card for gas. I also heard from my sales person and the finance manager to check in. I have purchased from three other brands in Northern Virginia across 5 other dealerships and this was by far the best sales experience I've had over the years. And even better, the car is fantastic!
