I would like to express my gratitude to Harrison Murphy at Pat Lobb Toyota for his professionalism and diligence at working to find an automobile especially suitable for my wife. He was very patient with us and very forthright in explaining everything about the vehicles we considered and the transaction process. As strange as it seems, we ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from his dealership. This choice is no reflection on Harrison or the dealership itself. Rather, my wife stumbled upon another vehicle from a completely different manufacturer for which she fell in love with. Still, I want Harrison and all associated with Pat Lobb Toyota to know how so very thankful we are for their efforts on our behalf. I will certainly remember Harrison when it's time for us to consider another vehicle purchase should we still reside in the vicinity. More
