I went in to the dealership with no real direction on what to get. I just moved back to Greater Cincy from New York City. Not having a car and not really being a 'car guy,' I was open to look at a lot o what to get. I just moved back to Greater Cincy from New York City. Not having a car and not really being a 'car guy,' I was open to look at a lot of cars. I liked the Altimas, and there were several models on the lot. I met with Harold McPeek, and he was able to show me a lot of new, and very lightly used cars. His knowledge of features, and how they work is impressive. He was able to explain which features existed in the different 'pakages.' After we honed in on some of the things I like in a car, we took a look at specific models that had the things I liked. I ended up getting a 2011 Nissan Altima that was the last 'new' 2011. I couldn't be happier with it!! The ride is fantastic. Oh, on a side note even the paperwork was a painless process. Shane Wilson got me in and out, quickly, and he was able to explain some things about the extended warranties that were interesting. (I decided not to go with them yesterday, but I'm still considering them.) Also Shane explained the process of taxes and registration since I live in KY, but bought in OH. I'm sure he gets asked these things a lot, but he was great about explaining what to do. All in all the team at the Jeff Wyler Cadilac, Nissan, and Kia were all very helpful and great to chat with! More

I can honestly say Jeff Wyler Cadillac is one of the few places I've ever had a great car buying experience. As soon as I stepped onto the lot, Harold Mcpeek, greeted us with a warm welcome and such enthus places I've ever had a great car buying experience. I wasn't completely sold on buying a CTS but I can honestly say, Harold actualy played a huge part in my decision to purchase it. He took me on a great test drive on a road that really showed me how the car performed. He was incredibly knowledgable on the vehicle which made me very comfortable with my choice. He and the staff stayed later so we could really drive and learn about the car. We couldn't take it home that night because it was Halloween and had to get our daughter home to trick or treat. Harold and the finance team came in the next day, which was a Sunday, that they were not open on, so we could pick up the car. It was spotless with a giant bow on it! Harold took so much time explaining all the features to me and setting up my on star. I can't thank him enough. The dealership is very nice and has a great spot for kids to color while they wait!(Important little things for parents!) Everyone there is so willing to help you and answer any questions. What else can I say..GREAT dealership with great sales professional..in my case..Harold Mcpeek. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff Wyler and Harold to anyone interested in buying a car. Thank you to them!
