That's exactlyly what Harold did. HE drove to my residence three days in a row (approx 45 min drive) 1st--to show me the car, 2nd--to bring me the car, 3rd--to ride back after the turn in of my old lease car. Harold is such a friendly and easy guy to work with. You feel like he's your best friend after talking with him for 10 minutes. He answered all my questions, and never once did I feel rushed or pressured. If the service department is as good as Harold, this is going to be a great experience. Harold will definitely be recommended to anyone I know looking to buy or lease an automobile. More
