My experience with Toyota of Braintree was excellent from start to finish. I emailed about a car I had seen on Cars.com and got an immediate response from Edward Walsh. I came in the next day and met with m start to finish. I emailed about a car I had seen on Cars.com and got an immediate response from Edward Walsh. I came in the next day and met with my salesperson Sunny. Sunny was amazing! He was helpful and put me at ease. He was not pushy and intimidating like other salesmen I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Sunny showed me the car and explained all of it's features. Sunny was very quick to respond to my questions and texted me right back. He helped me to get a great deal on the car I really wanted and advocated for me with his management team. Both Sunny and Don worked really hard to help me get a financial plan from Toyota that was better than I could have ever expected. They also had assistance from their Director Wallace. I am impressed with their shear team work! I always thought people who work at car dealerships would be competitive and cut throat, but not this team. They worked together to help me get the car I have been wanting for sometime. I will recommend Toyota of Braintree and Sunny to all of my friends and Coworkers! Thank you for everything! More

Sunny was very upfront and did not waste time. I have leased before and just wanted to pick out a car, get the best price with no unnecesary hassel. Sunny and Bob were extremely helpful and courteous. They were very welcoming and patient (I remember we had a lot of questions for them through out the time we were at the dealership). Toyota Highlander is the first car that we have bought from Tufankjian and I must say that all aspects of our car buying experience was exceptional. Though we had shortlisted this car for the purchase but from Tufankjian and I must say that all aspects of our car buying experience was exceptional. Though we had shortlisted this car for the purchase but Sunny helped a lot to decide why this car would best suit our needs. He explained all the features and answered to all our queries with patience.We were given a very reasonable offer on the car we decided on. We were pleased with the ease of the final paperwork, the explanation on Entune, and the scheduling of our first maintenance appointment. More

We recently bought a new Toyota Sienna XLE AWD and the process was fantastic. We did not plan to puchase the minivan that day, however we couldnt resist after taking it for a test drive and meeting our s process was fantastic. We did not plan to puchase the minivan that day, however we couldnt resist after taking it for a test drive and meeting our sales consultant Tony. Tony was welcoming and friendly. He listened to our needs and our "wish list" for the minivan. He was able to show us exactly what we were looking to buy. He did not try too over sell us on a vehicle that we couldnt afford or didnt want. We had dual DVD players installed, which was explained to us by Bill - he did an excellent job describing how they work and the benefits of dual DVD players vs the factory installed--my kids love them !! Our Finance Manager Walace made this part seamless. He was very prepared at the time of closing, knowlegable of products and found us a great leasing program . On the day we were scheduled to pick up the Sienna, Tony was not working,Sunny took over for him. He did a wonderful job at explaining the in's and out's of our new minivan. He is extremely knowledgeable and tech savvy which is great because we are not! Sunny made us feel like he had been working with us from the beginning. We had the pleasure of meeting the GM Carlos-he checked in with us several times while we were there. Always making sure we were being taking care of and if we had any questions. This was our first experience puchasing from Tufankjian and would buy again from them in a minute. Benson Onwuamaebu greeted me upon my arrival. Benson took me into the new car storage area and then to the model I asked to view. It had been just delivered from the factory, off the truck, still wrapped in me into the new car storage area and then to the model I asked to view. It had been just delivered from the factory, off the truck, still wrapped in protective covering 0.0 miles. Benson engaged me in friendly conversation, no high pressure sales power. I shared my consumer reports research price with Benson and he offered a lower price. I agreed on the deal for the Highlander Limited. Benson took me thru the paperwork in a very non stressful procedure. Benson put the sold tag on the newly arrived Highlander so no one would test drive it. Benson stood nearby, looking out for me, as the managers presented the available extra warranty programs available to me for an extra price. When I phoned with followup questions, Benson answered immediately. A week later after the accessories were installed. Benson phoned to inform me to bring in the plate and final payment for taking possession of the new car, Benson put the plate on. I am 71, never had a car with this touch screen and keyless technology. That's when Sonny came over and worked with me to set up Toyota Entune app in my iPhone. Sonny then took me to the new car and helped me link my iPhone to the touch screen console in the Highlander. Benson and Sonny were able to connect with me as caring sales employees, looking out for me! More
