I recently purchased my second vehicle from Toyota of Braintree, a beautiful Grand Highlander and once again, I had an exceptional experience, all thanks to two amazing individuals: Mike Kayyali from Sal Braintree, a beautiful Grand Highlander and once again, I had an exceptional experience, all thanks to two amazing individuals: Mike Kayyali from Sales and Sunny (Harish Ahuja) from Finance.   Mike went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Grand Highlander, meeting all of my specifications and even guiding me through a big decision, the color. Initially, it wasn’t the color I had in mind, but after speaking with Mike and hearing his thoughtful advice, I decided to go with his recommendation. And I’m so glad I did. I absolutely love the way it turned out, and now I can’t imagine having chosen anything else. He truly knows what he’s doing and had my best interest in mind the whole time. His dedication to making sure I was fully satisfied is something I will never forget. He is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met since moving to the U.S.   Sunny was equally incredible during the financing process. He explained everything clearly, worked hard to get me the best possible deal, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His honesty and warm demeanor really stood out.   Both Mike and Sunny are not only outstanding at their jobs, but they are also genuinely good people. I would confidently recommend Toyota of Braintree and especially these two... to anyone in the market for a car. You will not be disappointed.
