I had a very pleasant experience here when I was helping my elderly mother get into a new-to-her car. Jonathan Martinez was a great salesman. I came in for a service appointment. I was on time. I came with my little daughter. We waited for an hour and 20 minutes for them to do an oil change. After waiting an hour and 20 minut I was on time. I came with my little daughter. We waited for an hour and 20 minutes for them to do an oil change. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes I come to find that they haven't even touched my car and they told me that it takes at least 2 hours. This is ridiculous. I had a dentist appointment to go to and the dentist took only 45 minutes to clean my teeth. Check me in. Take care of everything. I can change my oil myself in 15 minutes. We're sitting there waiting for a car and I can see so many working there. Why can't you guys hire more technicians that does the actual work of changing the oil speed things up? My name is Tom and my phone number is is 626-757-9700. I hope this message gets out to the people who runs this place and changes are made. Thanks I like to add that the time prior when I came in for service I had an oil change and a checkup. Whoever service my car failed to put the cap back onto the coolant reservoir after about a month of driving around with the no cap on the coolant reservoir. All the coolant fluid came out and the reservoir was nearly empty. The car was making some odd sounds and was overheating. Luckily the cap was right next to it and didn't fall out and into the streets. I went to the Hyundai dealership near my house to buy a giant bottle of coolant and filled it up and recap the coolant reservoir. Very disappointing and a waste of time and also putting my family safety in danger and possibly destroying my car engine More
