Volkswagen Tiguan I went with my husband to buy a new car on a Sunday afternoon. Hanson was helping us this day. One thing noticed was he talked way to fast when answer I went with my husband to buy a new car on a Sunday afternoon. Hanson was helping us this day. One thing noticed was he talked way to fast when answering a question. Then at another time; we couldn’t find him to ask for help when we were on the phone with our car insurance people. I also felt that it took way to long to purchase the car. In all though; Hanson was very nice, very friendly and gave us some great deals on our new car. He just needs to slow down a bit when answering questions. More

Straight forward and not at all pushy. I was in last week to purchase my leased Beetle and must say that Hanson Ennai was great to work with throughout this process. I had spoken to him over the phone several times and he always answered my questions and never rushed me at all. Nicole in the finance department was a pleasure to work with, as well, and answered all inquiries I had for her in a thoughtful and understanding manner. My only complaint is, what I consider, an excessive dealer facilitation fee--it was so much easier and cost effective when you could purchase a leased vehicle directly through Volkswagen Credit. More
