Poor customer service and service recovery. Received a very dirty loaner car at 0800. It looked like ketchup or something in the brownish red family was over the front passenger seat and the ba Received a very dirty loaner car at 0800. It looked like ketchup or something in the brownish red family was over the front passenger seat and the back driver seat. Ashes all over the car despite it should be "no smoking". Called and left messages about this on two managers voicemail (@ 0900 when the office opened, again at 1000, and 1200) and both failed to pick up the phone to call me back to address my concerns. When I went in to pick up my car (after work @ 1730) I had to request to speak to the manger. When he finally came to speak to me, he informed me he didn't know I wanted him to call me back (despite me asking him to do so in my voicemail). All he could say at this point was, they have a process and obviously the process failed for me and he apologized for that. But why did I have to wait 8 hours to get an apology for driving a dirty car. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and I would not recommend them to anyone. I paid nearly $1000 for the poorest customer service I have ever received in my life. More

Waiting for dashboard replacement for more than 3 years I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and l I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and lots of my clients drive with me and it is so embarrassing for me when my client notice all the dashboard cracks and melting parts ...... Shame on you Lexus and Shame on you Westside Lexus. More

Bad Customer service I am second owner of a Lexus car. I used to go to Westside Lexus Service Center for all my car needs. I am not going back to this place the customer s I am second owner of a Lexus car. I used to go to Westside Lexus Service Center for all my car needs. I am not going back to this place the customer service is horrible not like it used to be in the past. They are rude starting from the service advisors that do not want to be responsible for the damages the employee makes. I am very happy with my car but the service at this center is so bad I will prefer to drive more to another Lexus that take to Westside. More
