Dealership itself, good, sales personnel… lack of communication w some… sales manager… same… lake of communication… the sales person Ethan, had been texting me; asked if they could send me a video of communication w some… sales manager… same… lake of communication… the sales person Ethan, had been texting me; asked if they could send me a video of the car I was interested in, I said yes; he said once it was done in detail he would, this was on Tuesday, making it seem like it was getting detailed then. I text mid day Wed, asking for update, he said he was off that day, still no video, then received a text from the new car sales manager (I think) asking if I would like to come in the next day, I went up there Thursday, met at the door by the used car manager and told the other sales manager was off on Thursday’s… after he asked me to come up there that day… then told Ethan didn’t come in until an hour later. He brought the car around that I was interested, told me it wasn’t ready to be show; the damage had not been fixed, nor has been through detail and service wasn’t done with it. Other sales manager nor Ethan bothered to mention the vehicle had been WRECKED, with damage to the front and back of the car. Heath the used car sales manager, worked with me, helped me out with trade value and asked did I want to still work with Ethan or a different sales person, I said I didn’t want to work with Ethan bc it had been 2 days and still no video of the car or an update and lack of communication regarding the damage to the vehicle. I worked with James. And he was great, answers every question I had, if he didn’t know for sure he would find out. Did not me hanging. Finance manager Han, used car sales manager Heath and sales guy James, and Calvin in served were amazing and did not miss a beat. More
