I fell in love with helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles and what they need to do to fix them. First time coming to this dealership for service on my Audi. Made my appointment online but never received a confirmation, so I had to call to confirm. Got a loaner vehicle which was appreciated. It was a Audi. Made my appointment online but never received a confirmation, so I had to call to confirm. Got a loaner vehicle which was appreciated. It was a little difficult to reach the service dept. by phone, we played phone tag throughout the day and instead of dealing with one service advisor I spoke with at least three different people. Service was completed quickly and I appreciated getting the video of my car so I could see the issues. More
