First time coming to this dealership for service on my Audi. Made my appointment online but never received a confirmation, so I had to call to confirm. Got a loaner vehicle which was appreciated. It was a Audi. Made my appointment online but never received a confirmation, so I had to call to confirm. Got a loaner vehicle which was appreciated. It was a little difficult to reach the service dept. by phone, we played phone tag throughout the day and instead of dealing with one service advisor I spoke with at least three different people. Service was completed quickly and I appreciated getting the video of my car so I could see the issues. More
