I have had a bad experience with Price Leblanc service team several times. But i can guarantee this will definitely be the last. I like the dealership, i don't like Service department. I have had one too team several times. But i can guarantee this will definitely be the last. I like the dealership, i don't like Service department. I have had one too many disappointments with the service staff. This last visit was the final straw. I asked for air to be put in my passenger rear tire because it said it was low. Now its time to check out she says my tire has a nail in it and they cant repair it because i did not purchase it form the dealerahip. And i need to take it back to where i purchased the tires from. Why not ask if i would like to purchase new tire from there? She was very dismissive and i felt disrespectful. I said ok, paid my bill she gave me my receipt no thank you or reminder to complete the survey or have a nice day. I will travel out of town to get my car serviced before being mistreated by your staff again. More

I had an appointment and brought my Lexus ES350 in for its 15000 mile maintenance. My service advisor stated they recommend a front end alignment because our roads are so bad. I didn’t stop to think that its 15000 mile maintenance. My service advisor stated they recommend a front end alignment because our roads are so bad. I didn’t stop to think that my car drove perfectly with no pulling or wear on my tires. I thought the service department saw something wrong with my car that required an alignment, so I said okay. Driving home from the Price LeBlanc Lexus i fought the steering to keep the car on the road because it pulled to the right and my steering wheel was turned to the left. They had me come back in two more times before it was corrected. The second time I brought the car in, they gave me a colored paper to show the before and after the front end alignment but the car still pulled slightly to the right and my steering wheel was slightly turned to the left. The third time the mechanic rode with me so I could show him what was wrong. He clearly was mad because he had to work on it again. He drove my car aggressively and insisted that the car drifts to the right because the roads are slanted for water runoff. He said the steering wheel is turned to the left because the wind was blowing so hard. So he let me drive and I showed him how it pulls to the right, but he wouldn’t hear of it. We argued and he said he would put it on the rack and set the steering wheel wherever I wanted it. I insisted that I wanted it like it came from the factory. My car didn’t pull to the right before they aligned it and my steering wheel was perfectly straight and that’s how I want it. He put it on the alignment rack and called me to the back service department for me to set the steering wheel exactly straight, and that’s how he set it. When he finished working on it and pulled it around for my pick up, he left the service tag on the dash and it wasn’t washed as the service advisor had offered, as they always had as a courtesy. The customer satisfaction manager was very nice during the whole process and did ensure that my car would be fixed. Josh, my service advisor was very kind and patient and explained everything. But I’ve never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully by a service mechanic in my life. I just wanted them to fix what they broke and for my car to drive as good as it did before they touched it.
