I went in to follow up getting my tire valve replaced since they had the part. I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for them to tell me they weren't able to do it since their technician wasn't there and since they had the part. Went to Gates in Mishawaka on Monday morning for an oil change. Arrived at 8:00 am and asked for oil change and to have tires rotated. By 8 :20 am i got a text that the work was completed.
