I would give more stars if I could! Purchasing my Toyota RAV4 Prime was difficult due to supply chain issues BUT Hannah and the White River Toyota team made it as pleasant as possible. The whole purchase was done in an open and honest manner which is SO REFRESHING! Hannah is very knowledgeable of the RAV4 Prime features; I am fairly Toyota tech savvy but she is BEYOND. I really appreciated that no time was wasted in the transaction; Hannah remembered that I had a 2020 RAV4, so we covered only the necessary info and the enhanced features. Even though I'm in NJ, The experience was so good that I would consider driving 200+ miles and buying another car from Hannah and White River Toyota Note: Jason, being my first contact with White River Toyota was awesome too. He was responsive and gave me a truthful timeline for the car (no matter how much it hurt). More
