Along with an oil change and tire rotation, I asked for the 20K mile inspection for the car. They said ok they'll do one when I made the appt. When I got there, that service wasn't listed to be done. I had the 20K mile inspection for the car. They said ok they'll do one when I made the appt. When I got there, that service wasn't listed to be done. I had to remind her. Then when they brought my car to me and gave me the receipt, they said I owed nothing because of my maintenance package. I knew right then they did NOT perform the 20K mile instruction. Along with inspection of certain parts, you are suppose to change the cabin air filter. I had to tell them what is suppose to be done according to Dodge's guidelines. The guy swore that inspection was done but I do not believe that since I had to tell him about the filter being changed. PLEASE train your mechanics AND your service advisors on the different service mile packages that are recommended from the manufacturer! I didn't like being lied to and having to show them what is suppose to be done. More
