He listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find a great car that fit me perfectly. He was very competitive on pricing as well, so it was a no brainer for me to close the deal with him. He communicated with me for every step of the process and did whatever he could on my behalf to make sure he not only met but exceeded all of my expectations! When it was time for me to pickup my new car, he went out of his way to be there to look me in the eye and shake my hand - it was a really "old school" feeling but it was so greatly appreciated! The staff at RVC were terrific too and the whole experience was 5-stars!!! My wife's MB lease is ending in a few months, and we will be coming back to Hank and RVC for her next car as well!!! More
