Sold! After almost 2 months of shopping and searching, 4 test drives at other dealerships and 1 failed deal. I found what I thought was the perfect car even After almost 2 months of shopping and searching, 4 test drives at other dealerships and 1 failed deal. I found what I thought was the perfect car even had an offer that I was ready to accept. But I had one more car that I felt I needed to look at before signing the dotted line. And am I ever glad I made the trip to Ferguson! Taylor S. and Hank L. made a great team, they answered all my questions. Hank worked with me through text messages to get to a deal that worked for me and even though it was 15 minutes till closing had the car ready to show me when I made it to the dealership. He took the time to go through the entire car and even suggested a test drive even though it was late. Since Hank had worked through out the day via text message we had a deal ready to go and we were off to the business office to finilize or purchase. Now almost an hour after closing we started on the financing while doing that Hank took the car and had it detailed and cleaned up for us, even put gas in the car, something no other dealership had offered on a used car. Financing went smoothly as we had pre-qualified with our lender due to the previous failed deal elsewhere. An hour and a half after closing we were on our way home with our new to us car. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car check out Ferguson Kia and ask for Hank! More
