I had a great overall experience at this dealership, especially with Ms. Endeya (who walked extra miles to make sure I was satisfied with my experience). I wish I could say the same thing about Mr. Yakir, the Sales Manager. Without going into details, the entire sale was almost blown because of the way he communicated with me, just because I dared to ask for a review of my lease's numbers. I reported the incident to the General Manager because I was genuinely concerned about his behavior, receiving a sincere apology and the deal's review that I was politely asking for in the first place. Big thumbs up! More
