It was the worst experience in my life. I called ahead to make sure that everything was in Line and I wouldn’t go there for nothing mind you. I live far across town. I spent 40 bucks to go I called ahead to make sure that everything was in Line and I wouldn’t go there for nothing mind you. I live far across town. I spent 40 bucks to go there. I did not want to spend $40 to go back home of total $80 in Uber. The salesman did tell me that we’ll make a deal you come here. I’ll pay for your Uber back. If you don’t get a vehicle, and I told him deal.so my salesman confirmed Me everything will be good and 90% sure. will have a car today, so I go down there We get qualified bank approves. We have the total amount down payment verified place of residence. Reference got Insurance Purchase it right there inside the dealership. but for some reason, Mister, Mike Rocha wanted more proof, and more proof, and more proof After that even then he wanted me to take the car home and bring more documents back after we signed the deal and close the deal. He never asked anyone else in the store for that much verification. I felt very uncomfortable. I felt That This was a racial profile. My husband, being Hispanic. And myself being African-American, Also, he was pressuring our salesman on the side. He didn’t know I can hear him. I can hear him pressure him asking him question Do you trust them? This will be on you, etc.. Also made me feel very very uncomfortable and I can see my salesman , felt very uncomfortable also. This would’ve been the best Experience and fast and professional Purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. The salesman was great. He made me feel comfortable Welcome, and made me feel good Purchasing my vehicle until the end. When Mister Mike intervene and felt some type of way that we didnt deserve to have a vehicle or felt some type of way that he had to get more documents for his Self. I don’t know what he was looking for, but whatever it was, it was unacceptable. And very rude. I was uncomfortable. I felt singled out, especially as Other customers watch speechless and Mr. Mike on the sideline, just smiling, the salesman told me to come back with more documents. Approving my Power bill was paid. It was a balance of 700. I paid the balance in front of them to zero. Showed him the nevada power app that it was paid.But still That was not enough. At that point. I felt the Tension from him And then I told him you know what if it’s this much of a problem. I don’t want the vehicle. You didn’t harass anyone else about verification. I paid the bill in front of you. And you still harass. You made me feel like I was beneath everyone else. I never felt that way in my life myself as a store manager. I’ve never made a customer feel like that. And I will never make a customer feel like That. He got what he wanted he made me feel so embarrassed and so uncomfortable, even when they told me to come back with documents again to get the car tomorrow.But I don’t want to. I feel embarrassed, and a shame. And I should have no reason to feel that way when I’m purchasing a vehicle when one minute when I got There I felt comfortable happy. Excited to a scared hermit. I don’t wanna go there again. I don’t feel comfortable going back there. I hope you guys resolve this issue or at least confront him about it, so he would never ever make another person filled the Way, I felt It’s not fair, and it’s unprofessional More
