Purchase experience and financing was straight forward and not pressured. Remote start was "installed" prior to delivery. Later that evening, I tried using remote start and it did not work at all. Also after coming home directly from dealership, I noticed that the weather stripping was damaged on passenger side, from what looks to be from someone being to aggressive with an ice scraper at the dealership. I immediately notified the salesman that evening of delivery of both issues and did not provide much of any assistance. More
