Hi there! I am new to the industry but I am loving it. I come from the restaurant and hospitality business so customer service is very important to me. In my free time I enjoy getting outside with my dog Nala :) I look forward to helping you purchase your next car!

We had a great experience with Pete who was very professional and took his time to show us around. We never felt rushed to do anything. Everything went very smoothly and we highly recommend him. Bought a car here in Nov '23. Review is under knencarnacion (which I was asked to write IN FRONT OF THE DEEALER WHO WAS SITTING IN THE CAR WITH US before we were able to leave. Ma Review is under knencarnacion (which I was asked to write IN FRONT OF THE DEEALER WHO WAS SITTING IN THE CAR WITH US before we were able to leave. Made it awkward and pressures folks to leave you 5 stars before they can drive off with the new car they just purchased...) but now I have to update here with a few other things because I wish I knew them when I first went with GT. First- the car itself is fine. Happy to have it. However-- the hoops to get my second set of keys was annoying afterwards. Had just spent a ton and gave GT our business but when I arrived for the 2nd key a week later (having called and scheduled it), it wasn't there and I was told I have to call the 'key guy' - on Tuesdays - to find out if he'll be there with my 2nd key on Wednesdays??? It just seems lazy and like GT is uninterested in helping out a customer once the ink has dried. The right thing to do would be to follow up with the customer and arrange this instead of wasting my time. But again- ink was dry. This shows me the real character more than any flowery words during the buying process. But that is a minor bump in the road (still haven't gone to pick up 2nd key because after playing phone tag with "key guy" on 2 Tuesdays I dropped it for now) -- the much more severe knock against GT in my opinion -- was the financing. I specifically asked at the pick up day and contract signing etc if we would be able to pay down the principal of the loan without getting dinged or charged fees for paying it early. I asked this before signing anything as it was very important to me to have control over avoiding huge amounts of additional interest payments over time. I was assured in that moment that there were no fees for paying off the loan early. Come to find out- that is technically true but Connex (financing bank) since has informed me that I may NOT pay principal only and instead can only make future payments (as "many as I want!") that each have the interest baked into them. There is no principal-only payment they allow. So a ~25k car, ~27-8 after fees and such, over time with the mandatory interest baked in, becomes over 30k. It's just greedy and sketchy for this bank, and perhaps was oversight but when your finance dept takes the lead and answers questions about the loan incorrectly, I feel the accountability should be on them for rushing the process along without truly addressing my concern with accuracy and good customer service. That's all. GT is fine but buyer beware on the financing details- and go ahead and triple check with the financing bank independently before you sign anything, since this dealership's dept seems to be unwilling to get that info sorted for you before the ink dries. Unfortunate to have to update my previous review with these details but again, I really really wish I had known this stuff before going into the sale. I would not have trusted and taken the financing manager at his word and would not be on the hook for an extra couple thousand in interest that I am forced to pay regardless of ability to pay principal off early :( More
