The team at Gorges was able to squeeze my wife and son into a very busy schedule on a Friday to take care of an issue with my son's car while I was out of town. They did a great job of communicating what needed to be done, how much it would cost and left both of them very happy. I am a loyal Gorges Volvo customer for this reason. As a family, we currently own and operate four Volvos of varying vintage from a 2023 XC90 recharge to a 2010 XC90 R-Design; all of them were purchased from and are serviced by Gorges Volvo. The dealership might sell you the car, but the service is what sells you the dealership. Gorges Volvo is the best. More

Was fairly easy purchasing a vehicle, albeit I purchased outright and did not finance so I cannot speak to that part of the process. I more or less anticipated that the vehicle would have been placed on a f outright and did not finance so I cannot speak to that part of the process. I more or less anticipated that the vehicle would have been placed on a flatbed rather than driven to the delivery location, as it added 50 miles to the odometer. Not a showstopper, but not expected either. Other than that, everything went well. More
