I bought a 2025 Chevy 2500 pick up, finance manager Hal smith sold me extended warranty, tire repair, windshield repair and gap, all to be prorated and refunded if sold or traded, 6mounth later I traded an smith sold me extended warranty, tire repair, windshield repair and gap, all to be prorated and refunded if sold or traded, 6mounth later I traded and hal sent me paperwork to fill out and was supposed to get refund of $6400 and Chang. But have been getting the run around for four months now between Jim Norton and Bank of America both pointing fingers at each other and both refusing to help me find out where my money is. Neither will talk to me and I have turned to a lawyer to get what’s do. DO NOT TRUST HAL SMITH!!!!!! More

My experience with T Town was a 10/10. Anthony was extremely helpful from the very first day I went to go look at my truck! Miguel was great to work with, he listened to our wants/needs and did everything he could to get us what we needed. However the overall experience at Jim Norton was Horrible! Between the sales Mana wants/needs and did everything he could to get us what we needed. However the overall experience at Jim Norton was Horrible! Between the sales Manager and the Finance manager, I had to walk out of the deal multiple times. When the sales manager finally got to the price we needed to be for our trade in, it felt like the Finance manager was trying to make up the difference with extended warranty hard sales. Starting at 10k then 7k then $3500. When we said no to each the finance manager was visibly upset. I had to get up and leave the office multiple times before he finished. I would buy from Miguel for my next car needs, but never again from Jim Norton. More
