Don’t buy from this dealership and don’t buy CPO I bought a C300 2015 CPO “Certified pre-owned” to make sure I buy with confidence that someone did proper check on the car before I buy it Couple o I bought a C300 2015 CPO “Certified pre-owned” to make sure I buy with confidence that someone did proper check on the car before I buy it Couple of months later with my first maintenance they recommended to change tires, I was surprised because I bought it CPO and part of the checks was tires because one side have old tires and the other one have new ones (and I didn’t change any of them) I went and asked for certification and the warranty for buying CPO and I had to go through my sales person to access this data, and the certification show that one side is very good 9/32 tire produced at 2018 and other side 6/32 which just pass the bare min for certification not to change the tire My question this shows the maintenance people where right, that they changed one side of the tires after around 20,000 miles and left the other side with the original tire on it And eventually they said the car passed the min for the certification we can’t help you, and they had to ask me to come to the dealership which is 1.5 hrs drive from home to say this No one do that unless looking to cut cost down as much as possible, and this is obvious thing that I saw so far, I am now questioning all checks that was done on the car and wondering why I bought CPO and paid extra to buy with confidence I lost trus in this dealership as well as the full brand Very disappointing experience More
